Start the morning with a 30min flight to view the spectacular surrounds of McLaren Vale with the chance to view different soil types from the air. Also fly along the coastline and gorges.

Next try the Ancient Soils tasting at Shottesbrooke Winery comparing 4 different virgin shiraz’s from 4 different local soil types.

Finally wander through the gum trees and vineyards to the award wining Currant Shed restaurant for a 3 course lunch with wine pairing.
