Learn the ancient art of cheesemaking at home. In the workshop, you will learn how to make Labneh, Ricotta, Feta and Halloumi.

Cheesemaking is a simple skill anyone can learn. It only takes a little knowledge to become a master and the superior handmade flavour will impress anyone. Each participant will take all four cheeses home as well as comprehensive recipes and your own cheese hoop so you can make many more in the future.

You will never waste yoghurt again once you know how to make Labneh. Ricotta can be made in five minutes and is deliciously drizzled with honey. Age your Feta in your own environment to create a cheese that is as unique as yourself.

A light lunch of spanakopita and local cheeses will be provided and we will taste test ricotta and halloumi once it’s freshly made.

This class requires participants to bring along three-four containers to take their cheeses home in and a cooler bag if the weather is warm. Spares will be available if required. They provide aprons.

Class duration is three-four hours (depending on numbers).
