Darling’s brings the latest coffee innovations to the Barossa Valley while keeping up with contemporary food trends.
At Darling’s, they strive to enhance the Barossa Valley experience by supporting our amazing local producers such as Apex Bakery, Barossa Smokehouse Butcher, Breaking Bread Baker, Barossa Valley Cheese Company & Careme Pastry. They love to include their products in their meals and to create our own food sensations.
This is evident on the breakfast menu which also includes their house made granola and vegetarian tarts. To accompany their passion for food we have their new ivory La Marzocco coffee machine, which they pair with the amazing coffee roasted by their very own David Trotta and Alex Loft of Kindred Coffee. They hope to produce a delicious experience both to the palate and to the soul.
