Devil’s Corner Firelight is a winter experience shaped by Tasmania’s wild beauty, where fire, landscape and flavour come together under open sky.

Set against the dramatic backdrop of the Hazards coastline, guests gather around open-air fire pits, with rustic seating creating intimate pockets of warmth in the heart of the elements. Crackling flames, crisp coastal air and the glow of firelight set the tone for a deeply atmospheric experience.

Wrapped in woollen throws and surrounded by soft, flickering light, guests can settle in and savour exceptional Tasmanian food and wine, designed to be enjoyed slowly. Here, winter isn’t something to escape, it’s something to lean into.

Your Firelight experience includes a delicious platter of Tasmanian artisan cheese, locally sourced cured meats, pickled winter vegetables and preserves, quince and seasonal accompaniments, wood fired damper served warm with infused hot honey butter with native pepper berry, matched with a bottle of Devil’s Corner Cool Climate wine.

Firelight is about connection to place, to season and to the simple pleasure of warmth in the wilderness.
