Disuko is a multi-layered Japanese dining and nightlife destination inspired by the electric energy of 1980s Tokyo. Set within the former Madame Brussels space, the venue reimagines an iconic Melbourne location through vinyl sound and a sense of playful excess.
Inside, disco balls glow above a vinyl backed bar pouring craft cocktails, highballs and specialist sake. Izakaya inspired dishes anchor the experience, from smoky hibachi bites and carefully prepared nigiri to comforting Japanese classics designed for sharing. An intimate Omakase bar adds a refined counterpoint, offering a focused and immersive dining moment for groups of 12 or less.
Outside, a weatherproof rooftop terrace opens to sweeping city views, while elevated private spaces create room for celebration. Disuko invites guests to step out of the everyday and into a world shaped by Japan’s iconic 1980s flavour and flair.
