Pastuso Restaurant is a modern take on Peruvian food, from the coast, over the Andes, and to the jungle.

The coast is represented at the cevicheria; an Australian first offering many varieties of ceviche – fresh raw fish cured in citrus juices. The Andes is expressed through the parrilla (charcoal grill), Cilindro (smoker) and spit where traditional methods and flavours are embraced. The Jungle is represented through their Pisco bar and desserts where exotic and vibrant flavours take you on a journey of discovery.

Discover Pastuso at the end of the iconic Melbourne laneway ACDC lane.
