Perched at the top of Shipley Plateau, this Architecturally designed Blue Mountains residence is privately positioned on 30 acres of unspoiled Australian bush land. Surrounded by Blue Mountains National Park with echidnas, goannas, wallabies, wombats and myriads of birds at your doorsteps, this is truly a nature lovers paradise. Downstairs there are 2 bedrooms, each has a queen bed and it’s own en-suite bathroom, an open plan kitchen, laundry, separate dining room and an expansive living area with wood Phillipe Chimeneas fireplace. Second storey accessed by feature floating staircase and has 2 queen bedrooms, a bathroom and a seating area/media space. Outdoor patio/entertainment area is running full length of the house with outdoor dining setting and a gas BBQ. All bedding, bath towels, ground coffee, selection of tea, sugar and basic toiletries are all provided.
