Eleonore’s Restaurant is a true destination restaurant in the Yarra Valley.
Eleonore’s continues the enthusiastic and traditional emphasis on regional produce, matched with local and international wines from our historic bluestone cellar. This magnificent restaurant was named in honour of a most sophisticated hostess, Eleonore de Castella, the mother of Paul de Castella who built Chateau Yering in 1854, and who had instilled in her son, a true appreciation of gracious living, refined cuisine and quality wines.
The Executive Chef and all the hand-picked staff have been honing their skills to make your dining experience truly memorable. Not just a dinner, it’s an occasion of note, as is their sumptuous accommodation. Your own rural retreat: of luxury, exclusivity, and country charm awaits.
