Celebrate truffle season at its peak with Balgownie’s Truffle Dinner. Back for another year and always a crowd favourite, this special evening kicks off with Cuvée and canapés on arrival, followed by a four-course truffle-inspired menu designed by Head Chef Ben Murphy.
Partnering with their friends from Truffle Valley, based in Seville, to bring you the finest local truffles, freshly unearthed at their Yarra Valley farm. Owners of Truffle Valley, Joan and Dom will join you on the night to share their story and insights into truffle farming.
Head Chef Ben’s menu is a celebration of the truffle, featuring top-quality ingredients sourced from across our region – a true showcase of local flavours elevated by this prized delicacy.
