From the moment you’re seated at the 350-year-old Tasmanian Myrtle bench beneath the captivating glow of their custom emerald chandelier, prepare to embark on a guided exploration of colour, texture and taste. The restaurant is located within a Whisky bar named Cavanagh’s Whisky and Alehouse in Healesville. Their friendly staff will greet you at the bar before showing you through to Victorias most exclusive dining experience. Bookings only.
