Located on the beautiful Fleurieu Peninsula (approximately 90 minute drive South of Adelaide city), the Encounter Bikeway travels along pristine coastline linking the heritage towns of Goolwa, Port Elliot and Middleton with Victor Harbor.

The total distance of the Encounter Bikeway is 31 kilometres one way and is a mixture of on-road and shared pathway. A range of riding distances makes The Bikeway suitable for all ages and can be utilised by a variety of leisure activities including walking, bike riding, skating and rollerblading. The Encounter Bikeway is wheelchair accessible.

There is also the option on Wednesdays, Saturdays, Sundays and South Australian school holidays to bike ride one way and then travel back with your bike on the historic Cockle train.
