Eperosa is owned and farmed by sixth-generation Krondorf vigneron and winemaker, Brett Grocke.
Organic and regenerative farming is of fundamental importance to Eperosa, as it provides living soils, healthy grapevines and ultimately, the ability to make terroir-driven wines.
Their environmentally friendly ethos extends to their winemaking, with an underground winery that provides natural cooling and power supplied by an off-grid, solar-battery system.
