Le Mas Barossa is a luxury petite hotel nestled in the heart of South Australia’s iconic Barossa Valley.
Inspired by the stone farmhouses of southern France, Le Mas blends contemporary Provençal elegance with the heritage of its original 1857 homestead. Framed by the Para River and historic vineyards, the estate is surrounded by ancient Grenache vines and majestic ghost gums—offering a truly unique and intimate setting.
Guests are welcomed with warm, personalised service from our French host, who tailors each stay to create a memorable and bespoke escape.
At its heart is The Orangerie, our French-inspired dining room, where in-house guests enjoy exclusive culinary experiences. On Fridays and Saturdays, savour the Chef’s Dinner—a four-course nouvelle menu crafted by Executive Chef Ryan Edwards. This refined experience blends French technique with seasonal Barossa produce.
Our Petit Repas Menu, available daily, features Provençal-style dishes using ingredients sourced from local and French suppliers. The curated wine list celebrates the connection between Barossa and southern France, designed to perfectly complement the menu.
Enhance your stay with complimentary E-Bikes for exploring nearby wineries, or unwind onsite with a glass of wine from the private cellar, a moment in the Napoleon Library, or a swim in the heated mineral pool.
Le Mas is for those who cherish nature, creativity, intimacy, and the finer things in life.
