On the ground floor, facing the backyard two bedrooms open onto the combined laundry, shower and toilet. At the front is a rumpus room, entry and double garage for guest use. Access to the first floor is via a spiral staircase. At the top and bottom of this staircase are “child-proof gates.” On the first floor, there is an open area consisting of the kitchen, dining and lounge, which opens onto a veranda with water glimpses. At the rear are two normal bedrooms, which share a bathroom/toilet. The third bedroom is an ensuite bedroom with its own bathroom/toilet and walk-in wardrobe.
