Absolute centre of town location – this quaint cottage built in the 1860’s has been transformed into a modern comfortable one bedroom living space. Your accommodation is at the side of the existing building with a private courtyard which makes it a quiet, peaceful space.
There is a luxurious king bed in the bedroom and a modern bathroom only steps away.
Split system air-conditioning units are located in both the bedroom and lounge room keeping you comfortable in winter and summer alike.
To explain the name – Fanny Phillips was a Suffragette. Suffragettes were the women who fought for the rights of women to vote. Fanny Phillips and her husband Charles Frederick Phillips lived in the Cottage. More information provided in the accommodation.
