It’s a match made in heaven, like when your two favourite people get married! Chef and Restauranteur Will Doak of Lost Phoenix Farm and the team at Nest and Nature have collaborated to offer the ultimate regional dining experience in a spectacular nature setting. For the month of August, Will Doak will prepare a Lost Phoenix Farm inspired three course meal at your luxury suite in the Inman Valley. The evening will kick off with a stroll around the 240 acres property followed by sundowners by the outdoor fire pit, and then chatting with Will Doak as he prepares your three-course dinner.
