A modern top-floor apartment overlooking the popular Horseshoe Bay. Enjoy the view from the balcony. Take short beach and coastal walks. Enjoy a coffee at the Flying Fish, cycle along the scenic coastal bikeway. Take a heritage train trip (in season). Watch for Whales (June to September.) Visit the Southern Vales -wine tasting.
The spacious balcony is designed for relaxation, featuring a bar-sized high table with four chairs where you can sip a drink and soak in the stunning coastal view. We’ve recently added lovely glass balustrades, enhancing the panoramic scenery. For the grill enthusiasts, there’s a brand new BabyWeber Q BBQ with a hood, perfect for outdoor cooking.
Inside, the main bedroom is a tranquil retreat with a new queen-sized bed, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. Elegant white shelves on each side of the bed provide stylish storage, and the room is equipped with a clock radio. Drift off to sleep with the soothing sound of waves breaking on the shore, and wake up refreshed to the sight of the sea.
The second bedroom is perfect for families or groups, offering three comfortable single beds. The bathroom has a shower and washbasin. A modern shared washing machine and dryer are located downstairs in the laundry.
