Welcome to Ford Cottage – your relaxing retreat just 1.5 hours drive from Adelaide in the village of Auburn.
A genuine settler’s cottage built in 1890 offers you a private stay overlooking a lovely garden and the Wakefield River beyond.
Stay at Ford Cottage for some much needed time out or to explore the many wineries and attractions of the beautiful Clare Valley.
Ford Cottage gives you the choice of doing as little or as much as you want.
With stays of two or more nights, your choice of a bottle of local red or white wine waiting for you when you arrive, you can sample what the region has to offer while planning your stay.
Inside, the fire will keep you warm and cosy on the cold nights and the air conditioner will keep you cool when it’s hot. Outside you can let your body recuperate from your activities by soaking in the spa and looking out over the private cottage garden or up into the star-filled night sky.
