Originally started in 2016 in the back of a shed in Royal Park, the founders never imagined that within four years they would be situated atop a hill in McLaren Vale, showcasing one of the best views in the state. This breathtaking view was even featured on their label from the beginning, long before they knew that the site existed—unintentionally manifesting their own destiny.
In 2018, they first walked up the dirt track to the top of Chalk Hill and were immediately struck by the rolling hills and expansive sky, knowing instantly that they would become part of a very special place.
The distillery opened its doors in 2020 with a clear mission: to celebrate hospitality in everything they do. When clients choose to hold their events there, the team strives to deliver the same warm, welcoming experience as they would for their own family and friends.
Whether it’s a special celebration or an important corporate event, they look forward to helping create a truly memorable experience.
