The Two Bedroom – 2 Queen Apartment is ideal for couples or families wanting to share. Consisting of two queen size beds and a single bed allowing for a maximum occupancy of five people. The apartment features a full kitchen, bathroom, television, and access to free wireless internet. This apartment is located on the top floor with a lovely view of Mount Wellington. The apartment is serviced weekly if staying more than 8 nights. Rates quoted are for four people. $20 each additional adult.
Studio Apartment
The Studio Apartment is ideal for couples or the corporate traveller.
Consisting of one queen size bed, with the option of a single bed being added allowing for a maximum occupancy of three people.
The apartment features a full kitchen, ensuite bathroom, television, and access to free wireless internet. The apartment is serviced weekly if staying more than 8 nights. The rate quoted is for two people in a queen bed. $20 per night for an additional single bed.
Apartment (2 Bedroom)
The Two Bedroom Apartment is ideal for families, groups or sporting teams. Consisting of one queen sized bed and four single beds allowing for a maximum occupancy of six people. The apartment features a full kitchen, bathroom, television, and access to free wireless internet. The apartment is serviced weekly if staying more than 8 nights. All rates quoted are for four people, with $20 for each extra person.
House (3 Bedroom Grosvenor Street)
Consisting of three bedrooms and two bathrooms, the apartment is ideal for large families or groups of up to eight guests. The first floor consists of the main bedroom with one queen bed, ensuite, small sitting room, large formal lounge, bathroom with separate toilet, laundry, large kitchen and dining opening up to a courtyard. Upstairs there are two bedrooms; the first consists of a queen bed and one single bed, and the second has three single beds. Please note that there is no off-street parking for this house with parking if required along Grosvenor Street. However, check daily. The house is serviced weekly if staying more than 8 nights. Maximum occupancy is strictly eight people (including children), and bedding is unable to be moved. The rates quoted are for four people. $20 for each extra person. No sporting groups are allowed in this house.
