BJCE Australia is excited to offer tours of Gullen Range Wind and Solar Farm. Come and see how it works. Get up close to a wind turbine and a solar array. Find out more about renewable energy.

Stretching from north to south, the wind farm measures 22 kilometres, approximately centred on the locality of Bannister, 11 kilometres south of Crookwell and 32 kilometres northwest of Goulburn. The solar farm is co-located within the existing Gullen Range Wind Farm and occupies an area of approximately 28 hectares.

You will be met at the Crookwell RSL Services Club, from there staff will take you on a tour of the wind and solar farm in a 24-seater bus. You will be able to see how the wind and solar farm works, learn about renewable energy and get up close to a wind turbine and a solar array.

Gullen Range Wind and Solar Farm

Gullen Range Wind Farm is an operational wind farm in the Southern Tablelands of NSW, Australia. It is owned by New Gullen Range Wind Farm Pty Ltd (NGRWF). The wind farm consists of 73 turbines and produces 165.5MW of renewable power in ideal wind conditions.

The Gullen Solar Farm project is an operational solar photovoltaic (PV) power plant with an installed capacity of 10MW. The solar farm is co-located within the existing Gullen Range Wind Farm making Gullen Range the first large-scale co-located wind and solar farm in Australia.
