Hangdog has over a 140 different climbs on 40 ropes, offering a great range of climbs from easy to extremely challenging.
Hangdog teaches you how to belay (hold and control the rope) your partner safely in a few minutes at the beginning of your first visit.
Gym features include: indoor caving; a wide range of climbing gear available for hire; coaching sessions for juniors and adults; one off entry charge valid for the whole day; introductory lesson is free with your entry charge; children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult to climb; free parking is also available.
Hangdog also provides regular outdoor climbing days to Nowra and also offer groups abseiling off Mount Keira.
