Hanlon Guest House is a lovely big old heritage home tastefully furnished to complement its coastal location by the spectacular Godfrey’s Beach at the foot of the Stanley Nut.
They have a comfortable guest lounge which is great for socialising with other guests, which has a drinks trolley with a selection of fine whiskeys, gins and port, along with a range of beers, wines and nibbles available with honesty self-payment.
All guest rooms are meticulously clean and have a pod coffee machine, T2 teas, fluffy robes, mini bar, free WiFi, soft seating, quality toiletries and ensuite (except “The Cellar Room). Rooms are serviced daily.
They are conveniently located just around the corner from Stanley’s charming historical main street where you’ll find a selection of shops, eateries, galleries, The Angel’s Share whiskey room and the famous Stanley Hotel.
An easy short walk in the other direction leads to the stunning Godfrey’s Beach and the Stanley Nut Reserve – home to a chairlift, thousands of mutton birds and hundreds of penguins and wallabies.
