The Berri Swimming Pool, as it was formally known, was originally built as a war memorial back in the 60’s and has been home for many talented swimmers including Australian swimmer Hayden Stoeckel.

The pool was renamed the Hayden Stoeckel Swimming Pool following the swimmer’s bronze backstroke medal at the 2008 Olympics in Beijing.

The Hayden Stoeckel Swimming Pool has 50m main pool with 2 small leisure pools, a children’s playground and kiosk and change room facilities.
