Tassie Fly Guide
Tassie Fly Guide offers guided fly fishing tours in a handmade wooden McKenzie River Drift Boat. Tours include all flies and equipment, a casting workshop, personal and patient instruction, lunch on the water, and a whole lot of fun!
You’ll learn how to spot fish, manage your line, and fly selection for various fly fishing techniques, all while experiencing Tasmania’s natural environment.
Guided fly fishing tour options include below:
Drift boat tour – Available on selected northern Tasmanian rivers—maximum of two anglers.
Highland lakes – Drift boat or walk and wade tours are available.
Wilderness rivers – Walk and wade tours only.
