Imbibis Craft Distillery is a boutique craft distillery located in the heart of Ipswich, Queensland. Visitors can book a guided tour and tasting experience hosted by award-winning distiller Jason Hannay, who handcrafts small-batch gin, rum, liqueurs and vodka using premium local ingredients.

Whether guests are curious newcomers or seasoned spirits enthusiasts, there is always something to discover: botanical stories, distillation techniques, and the surprising ways flavour, terroir and craftsmanship come together in a glass. Tastings include limited releases and seasonal spirits, with cellar door exclusive products available to take home.

The distillery is relaxed, welcoming, and personal. Visitors often describe the experience as intimate, authentic, and a genuine insight into Australian artisan distilling. Imbibis Artisan Spirits is pet-friendly, and guests are welcome to bring their own snacks.
