• Begin our Indian food adventure with a classic masala chai (spiced tea) at one of the local cafes or tea houses. The tea is usually brewed with milk, sugar, and a blend of aromatic spices like cardamom, cinnamon, and ginger.

• Dosa (thin, crispy crepes made from fermented rice and lentil batter), served with coconut chutney and spicy sambar (lentil stew).

• Indian street food staples like pani puri, bhel puri, or samosa chaat. These snacks are bursting with flavor, combining crispy, spicy, tangy, and sweet elements.
