Joanna’s Jams is a small batch jam company, born in the south, now proudly crafting in Invermay at Matson Catering they’re all about celebrating the best of Tasmania.

Every ingredient is sourced from local growers and vendors, ensuring pure, natural flavour with minimal additives, just as it should be.

Handmade in small batches in our Invermay kitchen, our preserves capture the essence of homegrown goodness. No shortcuts, no compromises, just authentic, Tassie-made perfection.

Joanna’s Jam are sold through our Salamanca Market stall and Cafe 1911 Espresso in Invermay.
