East Tamar Landcare decided to give something more to the community with the development of the Reg Yates Memorial Interpretation Centre and a 180-metre boardwalk along with a unique patch of old remnant riparian vegetation.
The boardwalk allows visitors to immerse themselves in the natural habitat, which is home to many rare plants and perhaps see a platypus or trout.
