This Riverside nature retreat is located in American River on Kangaroo Island, surrounded by 2000sqm of native bushland and the river just 500m from your doorstep. Suitable for two -three caravans or campervans and Pet Friendly, the site is fully fenced with a flat area surrounded by native trees providing ample shade and lots of space for your camping set up. Just 25 minutes from Penneshaw & 20 minutes to Kingscote, this beautiful space is a central location to all attractions around the Island. The retreat is walking distance to many food options like The Oyster Shop, KI Lodge, Samphire and Glossy Black. There are incredible swimming beaches close by including, Pennington Bay and Island Beach just a 5-10 minute drive away. There are also many walking trails along the ocean, through the valleys and into national parks. Perfect spot for bird watching and bush walking and a memorable stay for nature, river and beach lovers 🌿🌊 Please note the following:
