The Kings Park Motel is nestled between the native bushland and botanical gardens of Kings Park, Perth’s major hospitals, The University of Western Australia and the Subiaco shopping precinct.
All the rooms include an en-suite bathroom, air-conditioning, television, refrigerator and microwave. They have a range of premium rooms with private kitchenettes and bath spas. The rooms sleep two to four people and connecting rooms are available for larger groups.
Guests have access to their outdoor pool, barbecue, guest lounge and laundry facilities. A continental breakfast is available for purchase as well as microwave dinners and snacks.

Deluxe Twin Room
The Deluxe Twin Room includes one king bed and one single bed with an en-suite bathroom. This room can also be reconfigured to three Single beds. This room sleeps a maximum of three people.

The Deluxe Twin Room adds a level of luxury for those guests who prefer a little bit more.

The Family Room includes one queen bed and two single bunk beds with an en-suite bathroom and kitchenette. This room sleeps a maximum of two adults and two children (under 12 years). Connecting rooms are also available for larger groups.
