This beautiful lawn area dotted with gums is a popular place with locals and visitors alike. At the far end of the riverfront is a sealed car park and boat ramp with pontoon, while you can follow a dirt road right alongside the river. There is plenty of seating – including a pair of #riverredchairs – free barbecue facilities and public toilets. Just across the road is the general store.
