Our Piece of Pyap is a peaceful 20-acre retreat with direct access to the tranquil Pyap Lagoon, offering the perfect Riverland escape.
The home comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests with two King bedrooms and two bunk rooms (single over double). The main bedroom boasts an ensuite with a double shower and water views, making it ideal for both families and couples.
Entertaining is easy with a spacious outdoor area featuring a wood fireplace, large TV, and dining for 10. The top shed adds extra space with a BBQ, fridge, and games room including table tennis, darts, and outdoor games for all ages. Two fire pits, one near the house and another by the water, provide the perfect setting to enjoy breathtaking sunsets.
With direct water access, guests can fish, swim, or launch a boat, canoe, or tinny. For skiing and water sports, the nearby Murray River offers deeper waters and endless fun.
Beyond the property, the Riverland’s wineries, cellar doors, and breweries are within easy reach, including Whistling Kite Wines, Vinarchy Winery, Bassham Wines, and Woolshed Brewery.
Conveniently located, it’s just a 3-hour drive from Adelaide or 1.5 hours from Mildura, making it perfect for a weekend away or an extended stay.
