They have been holding these sought-after events in partnership for the past six years, including Kundalini Yoga and Sound Healing, Japanese Taiko Drumming, Harp & Blue Lotus Tea ceremony, Transformative Breathwork and their signature Sound Healing, Breathwork and Meditation event. Kundalini Yoga, Sound Healing & Breathwork is designed to help bring your body mind and spirit back into alignment, balance your chakras & enhance your body’s own ability to heal.

Your Yoga journey begins with harmonizing breathwork & intention setting; our Yoga teacher Stacey will then lead you through a nourishing series of chakra balancing postures to open & align your energy centers. The yoga will be supported by the gentle sounds of crystal singing bowls attuned to each chakra – opening blockages & cultivating healing vibrations within.

Kohra and Andrew will then bring in their magnificent Gongs for an out of this world experience through sound. The healing sounds of drum, rain stick and koshi chimes will also be woven into the soundscape to bring about profound peace, space, healing & spiritual awakening.
