Set inside the underground Cabaret cave of the beautiful Yanchep National Park, you will travel on a deep journey of self-healing, inner reflection & energetic transformation. During this 2-hour event, Kohra and Andrew will expertly facilitate a meditation and soundscape that will allow you to release what no longer serves, and embrace your inner power in the most beautiful of journeys

Your journey begins with a grounding meditation & nurturing Cacao ceremony. You will then be treated to whole body shaking, set to the primal vibrations of Japanese Taiko drumming by Sensei Simon Vanyai and his team, followed by a harmonizing breathwork sequence. As your body absorbs the primal vibration of the drum, your breath will be entrained with the rhythm of the beat, as you become entranced by the ancient interplay of vibration between drums & Gongs.

You will then fall into a state of deep relaxation to the crescendo of an otherworldly Gong experience, with 10 symphonic & planet tuned Gongs: vibrating every cell of your body, relaxing muscles, releasing emotions, bringing your body back into a deep state of relaxation whilst creating a sense of inner peace & calmness.
