Lyndoch Grand is located at the gateway to the Barossa Valley and this c1855 heritage-listed property is perfectly suited for large groups of up to 14 guests. Perfect for family reunions, special birthdays, wedding parties, group winery tours, corporate off-sites and more. It is fully self-contained with 7 bedrooms, 5 living areas and 3.5 bathrooms. You’ll have exclusive use of the entire house, conveniently located in the heart of Lyndoch village and a short walk to restaurants, wineries, shops and galleries. With space, elegance and natural surrounds, it’s the perfect base from which to explore the Barossa region

Originally built as The New Lord Lyndoch Hotel in 1855 it has seen many uses prior to being faithfully restored as a grand private residence in more recent times. The magnificent entertainment room with billiard table, or on the wide front or rear balcony. The unique basement bedroom features an antique cast iron spiral staircase flagstone slate floor. The huge farmhouse kitchen is well equipped, with a kitchenette upstairs. Original high pressed-metal ceilings, baltic pine floors and leadlight windows are featured throughout the property, which has been furnished with antique Barossa Valley furniture. The massive red gum trees in the rear yard are home to scores of native galahs and the occasional kookaburra.
