The Lyrebird Circuit is the first track off the Masons Falls walk that you will come across after leaving the picnic area. The circuit track is a 500 metre easy walk that loops around connecting to the Masons Falls track. Dotted along the circuit is information about the historical site of Carman’s Mill that once operated in that area and the local flora and fauna that call Kinglake National Park their home.

If you follow on to the Masons Falls track, it will lead you to the viewing platform of Masons Falls. Masons Falls, located within Kinglake National Park, is home to native plant species of trees, fungi, undergrowth and many small insects and animals including lyrebirds – if you are lucky or quiet enough to see one.
