Step through the doors of this chic bar a vin inside Sydney’s iconic Queen Victoria Building and be instantly greeted by the romance of a bustling and boisterous European brasserie.
Enjoy a light refreshment or settle in for an indulgent meal, all to the soundtrack of the quaint chatter of guests, frothing of milk, popping of corks and a symphony of sounds emitting from the busy pass.
Open seven days, morning until late, Manon Brasserie caters to must-have morning coffee and pastries through to lingering post-dinner drinks. Guests are spoilt for choice with a culinary selection of French classics, curated wine lists, eloquent cocktails and fresh seafood raw bar – complete with resident oyster shucker.
Menu highlights include The Paris Baguette, Croque Monsieur, steak frites, lobster royale, roasted spatchcock and snail meurette. Linger longer to enjoy decadent desserts such as vanilla crème brulee and chocolat fondant. Of course, a cup of Chocolat Chaud – the hot chcolate that recently went viral on TikTok – is a must.
