Mimosa is a small, family-run business between Bermagui and Tathra on the Sapphire Coast. Mimosa was established in the 1990s by Glenn and Gail Butson and was taken over by daughter and son-in-law, Tilly and Aymeric in 2020.

On the 250-acre property, the estate contains an exceptional fine-dining restaurant, two cottages and a seven-acre vineyard.

Perched above the treetops, the restaurant offers an incredible dining experience with a focus on the superb local produce of the South Coast and was awarded a regional hat by the Australian Good Food Guide. Mimosa opens for a la carte dining at lunch and a five-course set menu at dinner.

The estate is renowned for being a favourite wedding destination on the South Coast. Although the vineyard has recently been hit hard with drought and smoke tainting, considerable effort has been made to get the vines back on track and produce delicious wine again in the not-too-distant future.

The stunning view, decadent food and friendly hospitality are worth the drive and will not disappoint.
