Visit the ancient escarpments of the Kimberley landscape of Kununurra in Australia’s northwest with Waringarri Aboriginal Art and Culture Tours.
With local Miriwoong tour guides, experience a ‘mantha’ (traditional welcome), learn about “ngarrangarni” (Dreamtime) stories and understand contemporary Aboriginal histories. Share a conversation, listen to the haunting sounds of the didgeridoo, and taste homemade damper and bush foods. Learn a word or two in Miriwoong language followed by a good yarn and a laugh!
