This class focuses on flavour, confidence and clever shortcuts — perfect for entertaining, sharing with family, or simply enjoying yum cha at home.
On the menu is prawn toast, satay chicken dumplings with satay sauce, vegetable spring rolls with sweet chilli and sour sauce, sui mai dumplings – pork and prawn, and classic Hong Kong egg tarts.
As always, the session is demonstration-based with plenty of tips, tastings of all dishes on the day, and recipes to take home so you can recreate the dishes with ease.
