On the menu are Thai Fish Cakes, Som Tum green papaya salad, Pad See Ew Thai stir fried noodles with Pork, Massaman beef curry, black sticky rice pudding.

A deliciously fun and practical class for anyone who loves Thai flavours and wants to bring them to life at home. As always, the session is demonstration-based with tastings of all dishes on the day, and recipes to take home so you can recreate the dishes with ease.
