Glenlyon Estate
Now under new management, Glenlyon Estate, is the home of Ellender Wines. The Estate is open for cellar door tasting and sales and the perfect spot for an artisan wood fire pizza, picnic around the lake or events such as weddings, celebrations and corporate functions.

Captain's Creek
Captains Creek rises on a farm at Blampied, at the foot of the Kangaroo Hills, and meanders north past the original homestead of Captain Hepburn. Four generations of the May family have run the 80 hectare farm for more than 100 years.
Captains Creek wines and ciders are made from grapes and apples grown organically without the use of synthetic chemicals or pesticides.
The orchard, vineyard, and wine/cider making process are certified by the National Association for Sustainable Agriculture Australia (NASAA Registration No. 3082). NASAA is accredited by the International Federation of Organic Agriculture Movements (IFOAM) ensuring their organic products meet the highest approval standards worldwide. Certification provides verification to the consumer that the grapes are grown using a sustainable organic agricultural system and the wine is not contaminated or mixed with undesirable additives during processing.
Eastern Peake
Eastern Peake Vineyards are set on a small plateau at Coghills Creek in the Ballarat Highlands some 25 km from Ballarat. A dramatic backdrop of a rugged granite outcrop of Mt Bolton, namely ‘Eastern Peake’ is to the west of the vineyard, creating the stunning view seen from the property. The east the vineyard overlooks the Mammaloid Hills of the Creswick Plains, named by Major Mitchell during his epic trail.
The Eastern Peake Vineyard was established in 1983, the first plantings being 8 acres of Pinot Noir followed by 4 acres of Chardonnay in 1991. In 1994 the decision was made to establish a winery and cellar door facility at Coghill’s Creek. The winery was completed in time for the 1995 vintage.
Sailors Falls Estate
Sailors Falls Estate vineyard is set on a rural property providing a tranquil setting to have a taste of their boutique hand cultured, cool climate wines such as pinot gris, pinot noir, gamay, rose, chardonnay and gewurtraminer. Sailors Falls Estate is named after the large waterfalls located at the streets corner offers the perfect luxury retreat set in beautiful bushland with an abundance of wildlife, great bushwalking & mineral water at your door step.
Limestone Track
Limestone Track Vineyard was established in 1989 by John and Judy Burford and family. It is situated amongst picturesque rolling hills just off the Midland Highway north of Mt Franklin between Daylesford and Castlemaine. First plantings were Cabernet Sauvignon in 1989, then plantings of Shiraz in 1990 and 1991. Further plantings of Merlot, Tempranillo and Chardonnay were added in later years.
Daylesford Cidery
Daylesford Cider and only use fresh apple juice in their ciders. They do not use juice concentrate or water, nor flavourings, colouring, additives or other nasties. They pride themselves on this and received great recognition for our ciders at the Australian Cider Awards 2016.
Daylesford Cider received five medals at the Australian Cider Awards 2016; one Gold & Best In Class, one Silver and three Bronze.
Herbal Liqueurs
Roger McLean , Founder of Herbal Lore Liqueurs. After 30 years of producing premium ports and liqueurs, Roger developed a unique range of products under the name of Herbal Lore. The release of this outstanding range of liqueurs is certainly a first in Australia, if not the world.
Roger McLeanRoger enjoys a reputation amongst connoisseurs of fine ports and liqueurs as one of the countries finest blenders. In fact, his company Mt Aitken Estates had the honour of having their distinctive range of ports and liqueurs presented to Prince Charles and the late Princess Diana on their visit to Australia.
LORE is the accumulated knowledge of ancient tradition. There are few subjects that can rightfully claim a pure accumulation of ancient knowledge, like herbal medicine and the sacred herbs used throughout that practice. In the 14th century, (earlier in Europe and Asia) herbal products were acclaimed not only for their flavour, but also for their perceived restorative properties, making them conducive to healing.
