Set on the banks of the Adelaide River just over an hour’s drive from Darwin, Mt Bundy Station is a historical rural retreat . Mt Bundy Station offers a range of farm stay accommodation options. Choose from the two bedroom Cook’s Cottage or authentic territory style Stockman’s Quarters Homestead, Billabong House Homestead, Monsoon Cabin or camp out under the stars in the Brahman Bungalow set in secluded tropical bush land.
Unwind in the pool, interact with the animals or just soak up the tranquil surroundings. During the dry season Mt Bundy Station is a popular wedding venue and available for exclusive function bookings. Local Robin Falls is great for a swim and WWII history surrounds you in Adelaide River.
Take a walk through creeks and bush land in Litchfield National Park. At nearby Adelaide River, visit the bar at the historic inn, home of ‘Charlie’ the buffalo, star of the Australian film Crocodile Dundee. Located an hour away, witness the thermal pools at Douglas Daly (Tjuwaliyn) Hot Springs that create an oasis for birdlife. Four-wheel drive access to Butterfly Gorge is also a worthwhile journey for a cool dip and to admire the beautiful scenery.

Cooks Cottage
The cottage has two bedrooms with a Queen bed, two single beds and a set of single bunks, sleeping up to six people. The cottage contains a lounge, barbecue and balcony, making this ideal for families. All cooking needs are available in the kitchen. TV

Stockmans Quarters Homestead
The Stockman’s Quarters Homestead has 7 private airconditioned bedrooms (2 single, 2 x twin and 3 x Queen rooms). The historical territory style homestead has a large kitchen and two bathrooms, dining and lounge area. Louvered windows and hard wood floors are typical rural design.
With a large shady lawn area out front, relax and enjoy your Stockman’s Quarters accommodation. Ideal for couples on a weekend retreat, friends or families. These quarters are located close to the swimming pool.
Billabong House
The Billabong House is a large old style homestead with a dining and lounge area, six bedrooms and two bathrooms. Sleeping up to 16 people, the house is suitable for families and exclusive functions Take advantage of the large lawn area and enjoy your stay in the Billabong House.
Brahman Bungalow
Camping without needing to bring a thing!
The Brahman Bungalow is set in secluded shady gardens overlooking the bird filled billabong.
Sleeps max of 4 people. Own outback shower and toilet, BBQ area and campfire.
Fans only, so available in the dry season only. Has its own kitchenette, fridge and basic cooking facilities.
