Abseiling is great fun and surprisingly easy. No experience is necessary and anyone can do it.
Glenworth Valley offer a variety of packages, allowing you to combine any of the activities available on-site.
Combine abseiling with either quad biking, kayaking or horse riding. You can either do one activity in the morning and one in the afternoon, or do one activity on consecutive days.

Glenworth Valley Abseiling
Nestled in a valley on the NSW Central Coast amongst thousands of acres of National Park lies Australia’s largest horse riding and outdoor adventure centre. Glenworth Valley Wilderness Adventures operates on 3,000 acres of unspoilt wilderness just 20 minutes from Gosford or one hour from Sydney or Newcastle.

Abseiling is great fun and surprisingly easy, no experience is necessary and anyone can do it. With breathtaking views over the valley, the experienced staff at Glenworth Valley Wilderness Adventures offer a series of easily achievable progressive stages, enabling you to develop confidence and technique as you advance.
Glenworth Valley caters to family groups and has 150 acres of riverfront camping, barbecue and picnic areas plus a kiosk where you can relax after a fun day outdoors.
