Nautilus Apartments Merimbula is situated in the first street on Fishpen. The ocean beach is at the top of the street, 250 metres away, the lake is at the bottom of the street and it is a short level stroll to town along the fully paved footpath.
The complex consists of eight units with the six ground floor units opening onto the large lawn area. Nautilus Apartments Merimbula has a large solar heated saltwater pool, covered barbecue, secure off street car parking for all guests and free wireless Internet. The complex is fully fenced for your children’s safety.
Merimbula has something for everyone with lots on offer all year round. The Pambula Merimbula Golf Club is three kilometres down the road, the airport is one kilometre away and the boat ramp is even closer.

Standard Two Bedroom Units
There are three standard two bedroom units, all located on the ground floor with parking at the back door. Standard units have queen size beds plus two single beds, one bathroom with a shower over a small spa, meals bar, outside table and chairs under a veranda. Fully self-contained, full size fridge.
Deluxe Two Bedroom Units
There are four larger deluxe two bedroom units, two ground floor and two upstairs. The larger units have queen size with an en suite; second bedroom sleeps up to three people. Main bathroom has a shower over an adult sized spa and separate washer and dryer. There is a breakfast bar as well as a separate dining area with table and chairs. All units have outside table and chairs under a balcony. Fully equipped kitchen and full size fridge.
