Paulett Wines, located in the Polish Hill River region of Clare Valley, South Australia, is renowned for producing high-quality wines, particularly Riesling, Shiraz, and Chardonnay. Established in 1983 by Neil and Alison Paulett, the vineyard spans 147 hectares with 25 hectares under vine​.

The estate offers a variety of wine experiences, including tastings and events.
