On a beautiful valley on 30 acres, that not many people know about, you’ll be joined by four friendly dogs, three horses, two alpacas, four Galloway cows and chooks, along with the resident wildlife, including many birds, kangaroos, koalas, shy owls, and even an echidna.
All this, plus beautiful views from atop the hills, right to the lake, and the delightful winter creek complete with frogs. Located close to the McLaren Vale wine region and wineries throughout the Hills and 35 minutes to the coast of Victor Harbor.
The Greenman Inn is five minutes down the road and has a great menu from Wednesday through to Sunday if you do not feel the urge to cook with wood fires for the cold nights or a gorgeous outdoor area for the warmer months. At present, there are two areas available for camping.
