Unique Fishing Tours Tasmania is a small and exclusive company run by expert Tasmanian fisherman and angler Peter Donati, from Launceston.
We offer fishing tours for individual and small group fishing tuition (a maximum of three people per group) and tours for visitors and locals, with a promise of exceptional expertise and personalised service.

We specialise in a large variety of fishing, including Trout fishing (fly fishing, lure or bait fishing), Bream fishing (fly, hard body, soft plastic or bait fishing), surf fishing (lure and bait fishing to target Gummy Shark, Black Back Salmon, Blue Spot Flathead and many others) from the shore, and King George Whiting from the Tamar River (estuary) with over 40 species of fish to target (Snapper, Sharks, Salmon, Trevally, Flathead and many more).

Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced fly fisherman or woman, looking for a half or full-day’s fishing tour, we shape the occasion to suit your experience and expectations.
We are experts at taking into account conditions on the day, making the best judgement about which of Tasmania’s premium fishing spots will offer the best results. We like to discuss this with you on pick-up, giving you the benefit of our advice and making a joint decision, assuring you of a memorable day’s fishing in the optimal locations for that day.
Peter is on hand to advise on fish weights and measurements, and whether a fish can be kept or must be returned to the water. Catch a fish you’d like to eat, and he can help you prepare for cooking on your return.
