On Cockatoo Lane is a bespoke accommodation in the Southern Barossa, under an hour from Adelaide CBD and Adelaide Airport and 20 minutes from the centre of the Barossa.

An original outbuilding ruin, rebuilt into The Barn, a spacious, open plan kitchen, living and dining with large bedroom, 3 way bathroom and expansive deck.

Thoughtfully appointed with relaxation and comfort in mind, On Cockatoo Lane has private acres to enjoy. Be welcomed by wildlife; kangaroos frequent the property daily. Birdlife is abundant, there are also occasional koalas and echidnas.

On Cockatoo Lane is owned by chefs, with an accredited commercial kitchen on site. A generous breakfast pack is included in every stay. Additional meal packs are available for guests, they are seasonal and utilize the best of homegrown and local produce. You are encouraged to enjoy all the Barossa has to offer but welcome you to enjoy some exclusive meals and quality downtime here if you wish.

The Barn has a liquor license and includes an onsite drinks list. Cost is similar to cellar doors, a way to introduce you to some of our local favourites.

Have a special event coming up? Catering for up to 8 people in The Barn is an option (events include Bridal brunches, elopements, intimate weddings, birthday and anniversary celebrations. Packages also available for honeymoons, baby moons and newborn stays).
